Woman-owned Mission District roaster focused on women producers in Latin America.

Ana Valle, a Q Grader whose family left El Salvador for Daly City in 1986, founded the roastery. In 2021 she roasted on a San Franciscan SF-6 and named Catracha Coffee in Honduras and Mayan Harvest in Mexico among the partners she promotes. The bilingual menu at the 2021 opening included café de olla and café con morro, an espresso drink made with Salvadoran horchata from morro seeds and allspice.

On Mission Street, a mural by Jason Jagel covers the wall behind the counter, and the counter front is mosaic tile in the fan logo. A standing bar with black stools faces the floor-to-ceiling glass.
