The house drip blend, Masarap, was made with Linea Caffe. The name means delicious in Tagalog, and the blend was first created for JoEllen Depakakibo's 2017 wedding. Espresso runs on Grand Coffee's Las Pilas Guatemala blend, and the pour-over program rotates guest roasters from around the country, with Camellia as the guest in July 2026.
