Luke Jackson and his father Tracy opened a shop in Addison, Texas, in 2018. Colombian grower Diego Bermudez of Finca El Paraíso joined in 2023, and coffee is now roasted in Popayán, Colombia, as well as in Dallas.
The menu is graded from base coffees through top shelf, competition, exotics, and hyper-limited lots. As of October 2026 the shop lists Colombian coffees from Bermudez and Hachi lots from Panama.
