The brand's site says the beans come directly from Navilumane Estate in Karnataka, a fifth-generation family farm, and are roasted in small batches in Berkeley every two weeks. In August 2026 the Polk Street menu included a South Indian filter coffee and drinks made with kokum, cascara, jaggery, and cardamom.
On Polk Street, tall windows and an open glazed door look onto the trees across the road. A polished wood counter with a teal resin channel runs down the right side of the front room, and a rear seating room has a stool bar looking out over it.
