Pelli Clarke Pelli designed this 1,430-foot bus terminal, which replaced the 1939 Transbay Terminal after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake damaged it. A 5.4-acre rooftop park by PWP Landscape Architecture adds an amphitheater, a restaurant, and water features.
